In my view, inclusion will be even more fundamental in the future - to improve and value diversity, employee engagement and wellbeing. I was presenting on this topic at a HR conference that I chaired in January and I designed this very basic graphic to show how inclusion is critical to diversity and wellbeing - and to show the importance and influence of culture and leadership.
